Anyone smart with the numbers willing to help me pick a plan?

So I just got approved for multiple different plans and I can’t really figure out which one would save me the most money. I originally was going to go with a plan that allows HSA but idk if that’s the move. I make good money so I was looking for write offs.

I have spend roughly about $1,750-$2,800 a year on health care. I am very healthy but would like the option to go to my doctor. Right now I avoid going as much as I can for cost reasons but It would be nice to get check ups and what not. Have a toe that’s been hurting for 6 months now from working out.. I also would like an endoscopy for acid reflux that’s persistent. Most of the past yearly costs came from mental therapy.

I have options such as..

Healthcare.gov 226 a month 4 deductible (limited network)

Med mutual $175 a month $7k deductible (larger network) $313 a month $250 deductible (larger network)

HSA accepted $175 a month $7,500 deductible $309 a month $2,500 deductible

Any tips on what I should consider or choose would be greatly appreciated. I can provide more info if needed too.
