Anthem denying claims saying I have other coverage, I do not.

My health insurance changed from BCBS NC to an Anthem plan in VA at the beginning of the month. I have had two urgent care visits trying to figure out a mystery skin condition this month since I can't get in with a dermatologist or PCP yet after moving. In that same time I've refilled one prescription and gotten a covid and flu vaccine. The prescription and vaccines were covered no problem. The urgent care visits were denied because they said I had other insurance that was covering them. I do not. I called Anthem after the first one and the lady on the phone told me the issue was I needed to call and inform them my old plan was no longer active (which I have never heard of before) but that she fixed it and they'd resubmit the claim and all should be good now. The code they listed was 014 if that matters and the EOB listed that I needed to pay $0 despite the claim being denied because there was a "discount" that covered the entire cost of the visit.

Well, I went to CVS Minute Clinic last week, the exact same place I got the prescription and vaccines this month, and once again, the claim was denied for the same exact reason. I'm going to call Monday but feel like I'm going crazy here. I've had my insurance change before and its never been an issue like this. Any suggestions of what is going on and how to fix this?
