Ambetter Peachstate Healthcare Georgia

I have been with Ambetter for 5 years with no problem. Suddenly this year on February 28th I noticed my policy said Canceled when I logged on. Note: The Premium has been paid and is current.

I called customer service and the fun started. They wanted me to contact Marketplace. Marketplace confirmed I was enrolled. Ambetter customer service could not explain why it was canceled but they said they would fix it. It said Enrolled later that day. Several days later it said Canceled again. I have gone through this with them 3 times and I'm still Canceled. I asked for a supervisor twice on 2 separate calls and was told they had no supervisor or the supervisor was not there yet. The conversation was ridiculous because I had to repeat myself over and over since the representative was somewhere in India and could not understand me.

I get medication filled on the first of every month that is over $3300 (with insurance it is only $50) and my doctor's office is scrambling to find me some because of Ambetter. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Georgia.
