Am I eligible for any type of Medi-Cal if I have SSDI and a small rental home?

I'm under 65, over 22, and have SSDI. I also have a small rental home that I don't live in, with a monthly income from rent. Are both SSDI and rental income considered unearned income? Are they counted towards Medi-Cal income limits? Am I eligible for any type of Medi-Cal, including Share of Cost and Working Disabled?

I live with my parents who are over 65, but we apply for Medi-Cal separately, since we're not dependents of each other, and don't file taxes together. They both have Social Security and no other income, earned or unearned.

Also, what does the new $130k Medi-Cal asset limit entail? Does it include the property value of the rental home, 401k, other retirement accounts, and bank and financial accounts? Can I deduct expenses or spend down? Can I open a CalABLE or other ABLE account to put in any funds to meet the $130k asset limit?

What about eligibility for CalFresh? I'm in SF, CA.
