Am I being treated differently due to being on Medicaid?

Hi. I've seen doctors for over 3 years now due to suddenly getting very unwell, mostly neurological problems. Here's a link that goes into detail in another subreddit about my symptoms and testing I've had. With the way I have felt I truly can't work, I would do a bad job due to the chronic pain and brain fog I've had for years now. It's improved but never fully healed.

I live in a New England state and my coverage for Medicaid has been fine generally, but the neurologists I've seen have been very dismissive. I've seen three neurologists, two of which discharged me after one appointment. The other one I've seen since 2021 and has run out of ideas on what may be going on for me. Is this due to my insurance not paying out as well, or because they just don't know what to do regarding my issues? Are they not ordering certain tests/slow to order tests due to my insurance?

Millions of people are on some form of Medicaid in this country. Do they really just treat all of them differently compared to private insurance, or does it depend on the doctor?
