Aetna; dental and ADHD medication coverage?(under Medicaid)

I’m 21, in Louisiana(70458). I have Medicaid, and I don’t pay anything for it.

With that said, this year I am having a lot of issues with my teeth. I got diagnosed with ADHD/Binge Eating Disorder in October 2022, and currently my provider is healthy Blue(BC/BS) to which basically covers my ADHD medication at no costs whatsoever. My ADHD contributed(with forgetting to brush my teeth and keeping up with routine) but turns out I have four cavities that I need filled.

The medicine I take is Vyvanse 40mg. That cost would be $320/month without any coverage whatsoever. I really need my medication so I’m scared of losing it.

However, my current insurance will only cover up too $275 for these cavity fillings and I need to pay $207 out of pocket to cover the rest. My dentist recommended I switch to Aetna since I’ll get $1,000 towards dental care and it will take care of the dental costs completely.

My only concern with Aetna is that it says “$10 for one medication refill every 6 months for blood pressure, ADHD, or antipsychotic if qualify”

Does this mean they don’t cover ADHD medication?
