Advice for picking a plan when planning to be pregnant

Planning to be pregnant and need help picking a plan to maximize quality of care and savings

My work provides 69 (nice) plans to pick from. I am leaning towards a PPO because I plan to travel domestically over the next year but also plan to be pregnant. A PPO would give me peace of mind that I can seek care if needed while away from home. Just me on the plan. I'm generally healthy but I did have outpatient surgery earlier this year due to a suspicious cyst that was completely benign, so I am paying attention to how much it would cost for a similar thing to happen again (specialist visit x4, ultrasound, MRI, outpatient surgery). Otherwise, I usually see the doctor once outside of primary care visits. Of note, my work is also offering a supplemental primary care insurance called Champs for no cost (besides my time doing health promotion modules). Unlimited primary care visits with no copay and unlimited urgent care visits. Here are my two top contenders, in my opinion:

I've never had an HSA before and I am not finding a whole lot on pregnancy with a combined HSA and PPO plan. Any insight?
