I feel like i post here way too much. I have so many health insurance issues.

My son is nearly 25 and autistic. He was adopted out of the foster care system at 12 and I was told he would have Medicaid for life.

This hasn't happened. It was dropped a long while ago. He was on my wife's work plan and that doesn't exist anymore, so he has no insurance.

He won a law suit which gave him a good amount of money (which is all gone) in 2019. We were advised he has to do his own tax return since that time.

He doesn't have Medicaid. He doesn't qualify for the Marketplace they say because one year of tax returns was messed up. I think it was 2021. It was professionally done that year.

He doesn't work full time, but he works like 37 hour weeks. So he doesn't get insurance through work.

He definitely needs some services we can't afford, and he has no insurance.

We are in NJ. What suggestions does anyone have about this situation?
