ACA Plan cancelled due to "Non-Payment"

Tldr;

My insurance was cancelled due to Non-Payment a month after I made my effectuated payment, insurance won't budge on reinstatement after paying past due premiums.

My insurance was effectuated on December 25th, 2022 and that initial payment was for my January premium. Priority Health, my insurer, never initiated any follow up withdrawals for February, March, April or May. I went to use my prescription coverage in June and was informed by my prescriber that my insurance had TERMINATED my insurance coverage and I wouldn't be able to access the lifesaving medications I need.

I reached out to Priority Health and was informed my insurance was cancelled due to "Non-Payment" on February 28th, 2023. I paid my past due premiums on June 15th, 2023 however Priority Health refused to reinstate my insurance. I informed Priority Health they were in violation of guidance set forth by the ACA however they refused to budge. I'm now left to suffer without my medication and I do not qualify for a special enrollment period.

Please help!
