Absolute Nightmare dealing with Ambetter

I moved to Texas and re enrolled in the EPO health plan for December because I need coverage. There was a link after I submitted my application that said “Pay your premium”. It redirected me to the Ambetter site and I paid the premium for the coverage for December.

I’ve been waiting 10 days to get my member ID and materials so I can go to the doctor and get my epilepsy medication. Ambetter is saying that that payment isn’t showing up on my account. I have a confirmation number and it’s showing up on my bank statement. They want me to fax a copy of my personal bank statement showing “proof of payment”

The marketplace is saying just call them. I feel completely helpless and angry. I’ve never been this angry before. I made the payment in time to get coverage for December. I don’t have enough medication to cover me until the end of the month. I’ve already had two seizures just from the anxiety alone. Is it normal for insurance companies to ask this? Im very paranoid.
