$600 a month in Health Insurance for me and my spouse (23 years old)

Some relevant information that I think might be helpful:

My wife and I got married in May 2022 & we live in Kentucky. We are both 23 (I know, young).

I graduated (no loans) and started a full time job beginning June 2022 ($55,000 per year).

She’s finishing up her last semester, but has been interning since June ($20/hr) and is leaving her job after she graduates in December (also no student loans). She works in graphic design and has a freelance job lined up in January that is supposed to lead into full-time work eventually (not sure of timeline, pay, or benefits yet)

My work is a really small, local finance firm, so our insurance premiums aren’t the best. Paperwork is on a tight turnaround and is due next Tuesday the 29th. For 2023, the quote for me and my wife is as follows per paycheck (bi-weekly): $264.05 for health, $4.50 for vision, and $24.92 for dental. The total is around $600 per month for the two of us. We’ve both talked to our parents, and my side would be willing to continue me on their insurance (they pay $32 for their family), but my wife’s side isn’t as willing to do so even though we offered to pay them for her portion of the rate. What would our best option for my wife to get covered? Should we wait until she gets settled in a job with benefits? Looking for any advice, and if I missed out anything important, just let me know.
