26, No Permanent Address… what are my options

Hi 🙂 I recently turned 26 and am trying to navigate health insurance for the first time. When I turned 26, my parents were able to keep me on their BCBS plan thru COBRA, but it's much more expensive than I would like to be paying. I'm a nanny in PA at the moment, with no options for benefits. I am about to move to Vermont for the summer to live and work on a farm, basically working for room and board, no income no benefits. After that, I plan to move around for a bit doing similar arrangements, across a few different states. My current insurance is in Texas as that's where my parents are, and where I will most likely return to when I'm done with my travelling. I have savings and will be able to make a couple hundred dollars a month with side gigs, but don't want health insurance to eat that all up. Ideally I will be paying max $300/350 a month. What are options I can look into? I am overwhelmed and confused and would appreciate any insight into what I should be looking at.
