Are there any ‘medicare’ offices or physical location (with knoweldgable hires) for anyone to go? Have some questions to clear up. If there are how to find those locations?

If ‘medicare’ is “taxed directly and automatically from anyone’s income/paycheck” by the national (or local/state?) gov, then does that mean everything is taken care by gov, nobody has to ‘enroll’ or anything etc? Dont have to visit any offices or do anything ?

If the ‘medicare’ tax ‘is currently 15.3%’ and i guess changes yearly, and if companies/employers pay 50% of this tax for all workers/employees – then is this subtraction of the ‘medicare’ and ss tax seen on the income papers/paycheck/etc w/e they are called?

Person is not ‘disabled’ – “if Medicare eligibility starts at 65 unless a person is SSDI (disabled)’, does that mean ‘medicare’ is for ‘disabled’ ppl or its not for undisabled ppl (ppl who are not disabled)? Aka regular ppl

Does anyone have to be ‘disabled’ to automatically get and be taxed ‘medicare’? That seems to be what this means: ‘Anyone can receive Medicare if they have the required number of ‘work credits’ and are found disabled by SSA before they turn 65.’ — so this means if anyone is Not ‘disabled’ they dont get ‘medicare’? Is that correct

Assuming gov made all this so complicated for all poor ppl so much more so than how the poor ppls lives already are so unforunate (and/or messed up). Assuming gov did that since it likely beenfits and helps the top 1% .001% of the human population. Assuming there are some or many health insurance companies involved in profiting from all this. This seems very likely that it does, or at least it makes the national (big) gov richer

Irrelevant but asking for a mimium wage person who doesnt speak or know any english basically and only knows a nonenglish language like spanish etc or w/e others.
