23 year old with no health insurance, what are my options?

Hey y’all, mainly looking for some advice as it’s my first time dealing with this and my parents are the opposite of helpful as it will be described.

I graduated college a few months ago and moved away from home with my first post-graduate job. It is 40hr/week at $17 per hour but I am considered an intern so there is no overtime or other benefits, including healthcare. I assumed this would be fine as I’ve been on my dad’s healthcare my entire life (my parents are divorced). Recently he closed his small business and lost his source of income so he has now cancelled our health insurance. My mother does not have a job and lives at her boyfriend’s place rent free, so I’m sure she would not be able to assist me either.

I’m not really sure where I go from here, if I even qualify for state assistance (I live in Michigan), or what my options are. I don’t know if it’s possible for me to even get health insurance now as I believe you can usually only enroll beginning in November, so I guess I’m just asking what can I do? Or am I screwed? Would really appreciate any help or advice that can be given. Much love.
