19yo, coworkers saying our insurance is bad

Hey guys. I graduated hs in 2021, went to tech school, and started a home remodeling job in may. Since the 90 day period passed, I signed up for insurance and have been told it is bad by multiple coworkers.

edit: 19yo zip 55111, income ~$45,000 pre tax

I just now figured out you could do independent insurance not through your employer lol (im still figuring this life thing out)

I know absolutely nothing about insurance, and hopped off my moms to save her some money since im living with her rent free. (she told me that was fine)

I have chronic kidney disease, and require more doctor visits than your average person. (misc. tests, infections, check ups, ect.)

I just want to put out my plan numbers and see if it really is bad, and if so anybody has recommendations. I live in the us, specifically minnesota if that mean’s anything.

If you need more details on numbers or whatever just let me know

I dont know what im looking at really so Ill just put everything that looks important

Blue cross blue shield $1,000 deductible, in network, 10,000 out of network co-pay 70% $60 weekly premium preventative care 100% emergency room visits, deductable then 70% coinsurance
