The Insurance Octopus has been shortlisted for the British Insurance Awards 2021!
The Insurance Octopus has been announced as a finalist in the Commercial Lines Broker of the Year category at the British Insurance Awards. The British Insurance Awards is the largest business-to-business award scheme in the UK, attracting almost 2,000 guests each year to celebrate success in the insurer and broker market.

Award-winning customer service
After achieving the Feefo Gold standard for three consecutive years in 2018, 2019 and 2020, with a service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5, Feefo’s Platinum Trusted Service award was presented to The Insurance Octopus earlier this year. Staff development has played an integral part in receiving such positive customer feedback. With an existing team of 86, and continuous professional development opportunities available to our colleagues through online training and face-to-face sessions, we aim to enable career progression within the team and consistently strive for excellence.
New acquisitions
In 2020, The Insurance Octopus successfully acquired commercial property specialist Little N Large. Established in 2002 with three head offices in London, Little N Large provides a high-quality insurance broker service to property investors and business owners. The skills and experience we’ve gained from Little N Large is already making a huge difference within our business, boosting our specialist knowledge of the commercial and residential property investment market.
