Konsileo named one of the UK’s ‘Fast Brokerages’  

We’re delighted to be one of 15 brokerages making Insurance Business UK’s 2022 list of Fast Brokerages. 

The Fast Brokerages awards recognise brokerages of all sizes across the country that didn’t just survive the Covid-19 storm, but thrived through it. To win, they had to have achieved 20% or more revenue growth over 2020 and 2021, with gains in employee growth also considered.  

Konsileo was recognised for its revenue growth of 105%, its employee growth of 127%, its different operational approach, open-market proposition – and focus on recruitment and support. 

Co-founder and CEO John Warburton says: “For us, being one of Insurance Business UK’s Fast Brokerages is something of a coming-of-age moment. We’ve been building our systems, presence, and books for three years – and it feels like now we’ve arrived. And we’re changing what broking looks like.” 

Insurance Business UK describes Konsileo as a tech-enabled, self-managed organisation that fosters the client-broker relationship and differentiates itself by foregoing expensive layers of upper management and relying instead of self-management, peer review, collaboration and full transparency.
