Stuart has kindly shared with us his story about how he got into the world of modifying and his plans for his Volkswagen Golf R.

Volkswagen Golf R
Stuart has had his dream Golf R for nearly two years, after trading it in for his beloved MK6 VW Golf GTI.
It has always been a dream of Stuart’s to own a Volkswagen Golf R. He told us “I bought the car because I always said that I would own one and I got into a situation where I could afford to buy one, so I did!”
Since buying his Golf, he has amassed an impressive list of modifications. Stuart’s list will not end here because he told us plans to continue perfecting it!

Stuart’s Story
We asked Stuart how he developed such a passion for cars. He took us back to his childhood which is where his passion started “I started to love cars from a young age as my dad was a traffic police officer and he constantly brought police cars home on his lunch break.”
Stuart’s love for cars only grew as he was fascinated by all these different cars his dad was bringing home. “I just loved how different each car was”
Later in life, Stuart found his love of modifying cars whilst he was studying mechanical engineering at college. “I found love for messing with cars and making them better.”
In his spare time, Stuart hosts car meets and goes to car shows with his friends from the club he runs which can be seen on Instagram @all_mods_official.
Plans for the VW Golf R
We get the impression that Stuart has plenty more changes on his Golf R to come ‘I love fitting new stuff to make the car look fresh and different’
Our customer told us what plans he has for the Golf R ‘I want to get the rear quarter panel wrapped soon just to break up the colour’ Stuart’s car is currently a gorgeous dark blue, so we look forward to seeing this new addition!
He is also very eager to increase the Golf’s power and told us ‘I want more power I want to be in the 500bhp club!’
