Can someone please help me find a plan for my LDR boyfriend? Is it possible i can purchase for him/apply it for him? More Info/Questions in Main [CALIFORNIA]

Me and my boyfriend live in different states. He suffers from a lot of physical and mental ailments. I don’t know if being in a car crash as a kid also affected him and he was also told he wasn’t supposed to survive it but did anyway. But because of this, I don’t know if he thinks there is no point in seeing a doctor or check up since maybe he might not see no point in it. But the main factor is that he really can’t afford it at all, it is especially pricy and he lives in california.

I’ve been looking all over the website for california for health insurance plans. Is it allowed for me to sign him up on my own and pay for it myself? There’s just another issue though, is that i am disabled and only have so much to pay. My budget is literally 800 a month, but ill spend as much for him to get the necessary treatment. At most I just want him to have his head checked for concussions since he recently slipped in the shower and his head is bleeding. I just feel so powerless and he really doesn’t have a single penny to give since it has to go to paying off rent and utilities.

tdlr. Boyfriend lives in california and i live in another state. How would I go about signing up for healthcare for him on my own? or help him get specified treatment?
