Devitt MCN London Motorcycle Show

New bikes, race stars, stage shows and live moto-action all on show in the East End of London

Christmas feels like ancient history, the heat of summer is (hopefully) a few months away – but it’s time to get into the mood for the new biking season. And what better way than to pop over to the ExCel exhibition centre in London’s Docklands for the 2025 Devitt MCN London Motorcycle Show? If you’re based in the capital or around the south-east, it’s a proper no-brainer to head along.

And this year’s show promises to be a cracker, with loads of new metal from all the big firms, including Kawasaki, which is back at the show for the first time in a few years, together with BMW, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Triumph, BMW, Harley-Davidson, KTM, Ducati, MV Agusta, CFMoto, BSA and Royal Enfield. And they’ll all be bringing along the best of their 2025 range lineups.

If you haven’t seen the likes of the new Ducati Panigale and Streetfighter, in V2 and V4 form, or the 2025 Multistrada V2, then now’s your chance. Honda’s stand will feature the new CB1000 Hornet and Hornet SP, the latest generation CBR600RR, and even an original 1992 FireBlade and an RCV-213V-S MotoGP road bike.

The Big H has something for adventure riders too, with the newest Africa Twin and XL750 Transalp, and other highlights include the CB650R equipped with Honda’s clever E-Clutch, the NT1100 tourer, CMX500 Rebel and PCX125 and ADV350 scooters.

2025 also sees the 50th birthday of the legendary Gold Wing mega tourer, and the latest Wing, the GL1800, will be in attendance. And at the other end of the scale, you can check out the new, eagerly anticipated ‘made-in-Japan’ GB350 retro roadster.

BMW Motorrad will have more than 25 bikes from its entire range, from the carbon-clad M1000 RR superbike and the super-naked M1000 R to the all-new R1300GS and GSA. The R12, R12S and R12nineT will be shown in London for the first time, alongside BMW’s finest mega-touring machines: the R18 Transcontinental, R18B and K1600GTL and GT.  Add in smaller capacity GSs, and the popular RS and XR, plus the fully electric CE02 and CE04 scooters, and there’s something for all.

Kawasaki’s stand is full of hot new metal as well: sportsbike fans will love the Ninja ZX-4RR Performance, new ZX-6R Performance and wild ZX-10R superbike. Fancy a sports tourer?  Check out the Versys, Ninja 1100 and H2 Tourer range. Kawasaki’s revamped its naked Z machine lineup and will also be showing off a selection of CBT and A2 licence bikes, alongside the new electric Z E-1 and Ninja E-1. The world’s first mass produced production hybrid motorcycle, the Ninja 7 Hybrid, will be on the stand, too.

There’s more to the Devitt London show than just the new metal though: there’s a sweet roster of race stars and moto-celebrities, meeting and greeting fans, and holding Q&A sessions, useful lectures, interviews and practical demos on the show stages.

Top of the list of race stars is Spanish MotoGP ace Pedro Acosta, who’ll be guest of honour at the show on Saturday Feb 15th. Acosta, who took the Moto3 world title in 2021 aged just 17, before winning Moto2 in 2023. He wowed the premier MotoGP class last year, riding the GASGAS/KTM RC16 racebike, finishing in sixth place just behind the Factory KTM of Brad Binder.

In 2025 he’s made the step up to the KTM Factory team and will be coming to the Devitt Insurance MCN London show straight from the Thailand test at Buriram circuit. Acosta joins Moto2 star Jake Dixon and BSB/TT stars Peter Hickman, John McGuinness, Lee Jackson and Glenn Irwin, amongst others, all taking part in the stage shows and meeting fans.

Last but not least, you can meet up with Charley Boorman, who’ll be running the Adventure base camp, chatting to adventure legends like Nick Sanders, and modern adventure-influencers like R1Liz and The Sidecar Guys.

And proper petrolhead genius Allen Millyard’s Norton Nemesis rebuild will be on show on the Henry Cole Live stage. Will the mighty V8 engine fire up at the London show? Fingers crossed!
