Jansen+JnJ no longer applies savings program to deductible

I've been on Stelara for psorias for roughly 8 years, and the entire time until this year, the savings program via Jansen the manufacturer has applied the cost they pay for the drug to my health insurance deductible. This seems to still be common from looking around online (and frankly who cares if "they" paid, or "I" paid because I technically still "paid" but with a coupon). But something changed in their business such that now they will no longer apply the cost they pay via my savings program card to my deductible. I do not believe I have an accumulator plan (I'm 99% sure, no language of that anywhere, but will verify with my rep), and the rep for Jansen made it clear that it was them that was not wanting to do this anymore. Right now I'm trying to get to the derm to get switched to another med with another manufacturer hoping it will be different elsewhere. Anyone else had this issue? I figured it was too good to be true, but then again…it seems pretty standard. Just a loophole for having a disease.
