CRU GROUP Promotes Tim Lalaian and Brad Smith to Senior Vice President Roles in U.S. and Canada

DALLAS, TEXAS, JANUARY 15, 2025/insPRESS/ – David Repinski, CEO of CRU GROUP, today announced the promotion of Tim Lalaian and Brad Smith to the roles of Senior Vice President of Business Development for the U.S. and Canada respectively.

These promotions align with the Company’s client-first strategy. In their new roles, Lalaian and Smith will lead sales and account teams in their respective countries while working collaboratively on cross-border relationships and service delivery. Together they will ensure that Clients across both the U.S. and Canada receive an exceptional, seamless experience from CRU GROUP.

Repinski states, “Our growth in the Canadian and U.S. Markets has resulted in a greater number of client relationships and evolving teams to continue to properly care for them. Both Tim and Brad have demonstrated strong client advocacy, established themselves as trusted advisors and earned the respect of their colleagues. In addition to their promotions, Lalaian and Smith will benefit from CRU GROUP’s recent adoption of an advanced sales management platform and coaching partnership with SellXL. Their teams will leverage their training on SellXL’s tools to deepen client engagement and further enhance the Company’s client-focused approach.

Both Lalaian and Smith will report directly to the CEO.
