How do I sell Life Insurance.

So Im a producer whose expected to also sell life. Mainly because my commission is now tied to how many apps I can get to my agent.

Problem is, Im still not sure how to approach the conversation and topic. I would some tips and helpful approaches to get life insurance on their minds.

Heres a lil bit of how I do it (criticism welcome, just please correct it not just say its bad or wrong.) This is after I either close or fail to close an auto or home sale.

“So im sorry I couldn’t help you/While I still have you, I wanna talk about some life insurance benefits that will be great protection for you/for you and your family”.

And if anyone could, could they explain to me or direct me to place that explains which type of rider and life insurance, is best for which type of people.

Like whats best for blue collar workers. Or whats best for a family.

And more specifically, how do you sell life insurance to someone whose alone. I keep meeting people who don’t care about leaving anything behind because they have no one. Are their life insurance policies for them?
