Confusion from Pennie and accidentally signing up for 2 different providers

I get insurance through my workplace, and for the little while when me and my wife were getting checks from HIPP from my son being under a year old, so did she. When HIPP told us we no longer qualified, I opted to take her off my insurance to get at least some of the money back we were getting from the checks. I applied for her through Pennie after getting a letter from them with a code, and after a brief chat with one of their representatives, was told we would see what our credits were through them at the end of the application. I never saw those credits, accidentally signed up for both Ambetter and Highmark, Ehealth called us to clarify, we told them signing up for both was by accident, and we now owe both providers hundreds of dollars, even after telling Ambetter that we actually didn't want theirs..

What should my course of action be here, who should I call first? Edit: 36M, PA, and estimated 44.5k~ gross a year since I'm new here and not sure if I should heed the bots words on that or not.
