Unusually high bp reading at insurance exam

I’m applying for life insurance (38/M) and was requested to get a physical, possibly because my last one was over a year ago. My blood pressure was roughly 133/80, which is surprisingly high given my last reading was 112/70 and I’ve never been anywhere close to having hypertension. I’m convinced this latest reading was a fluke given I’ve been fighting off an infection (probably should have cancelled the appointment but wanted to get it out of the way) and had stupidly jogged up 2 flights of stairs to get to the diagnostic office only a couple of minutes before the readings were taken. I asked if we could redo the blood pressure at the end of the visit and was told no.

I understand the life insurance provider will also consider my historical bp reading, but I have to imagine this more current one is going to jack up my quote. Can I argue my way into getting my bp taken again to demonstrate this is not a “condition” but rather a one-off? I’m physically active, not overweight, and don’t smoke. Extremely frustrating. Thanks in advance for any tips.
