Niva Bupa Denied My Legitimate Health Insurance Claim – Don’t Fall for Their Scam!

Friends, I just had a terrible experience with Niva Bupa health insurance. I was hit with a high fever due to multiple infections, got severely dehydrated, and was in really bad shape. My doctor advised immediate hospitalization, so I went to the nearest hospital and got admitted. I even called my HR, and she confirmed that I could claim the expenses if I stayed for at least 24 hours.

I stayed for 36 hours, got treated for a UTI (confirmed in the report), and was released once my condition stabilized. But when I filed a claim with Niva Bupa, they rejected it, saying, “Standard hospitalization covered: subject to a minimum of 24 hrs with an active line of treatment. Hospitalizations for diagnostic tests, observations, evaluations are not covered.”

Excuse me, but UTI treatment isn’t just “observation”! It’s a legit medical condition. This company is running a scam in the name of health insurance and robbing customers. Please, don’t fall into their trap—avoid Niva Bupa at all costs.
