Should I stay on Freedom Life Insurance by USHealthGroup or go through the government?

Hello everyone.

I am getting let go of my job and in my field its hard to find a job with healthcare coverage. I am currently on freedom life insurance paying around $240 monthly for these benefits:

Deductibles:

Annual Deductible: $5,000 per person Pre-Authorization Penalty: $500 if I don't pre-authorize treatment Non-Participating Provider Deductible: $5,000

Coinsurance (After Deductibles):

Participating Providers: 80% insurance coverage, I pay 20% Max out-of-pocket coinsurance: $2,000 Non-Participating Providers: 60% insurance coverage, I pay 40% Max out-of-pocket coinsurance: $16,000

Coverage Limits:

Lifetime Maximum Coverage: $5 million Transplant Coverage: $500,000 lifetime max Annual Maximum Benefit: $100,000

I'm honestly new to adulting so I only kind of know what this means. Is this good if I have an overall healthy lifestyle? Is there any info you will need? I am based in Texas and I heard government health insurance isnt the best here. Or should I find another private insurance? Thanks.
