ESM Welcomes Marcel Dubois

TORONTO, ON, OCTOBER 21, 2024/insPRESS/ – Emergency Security Management (ESM), a division of Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation and Canada’s leading provider of uniformed security services, is pleased to welcome Marcel Dubois as Regional Manager for Alberta.

Marcel is an experienced security professional with an extensive background in law enforcement. He began his career as an officer with the Calgary Police Service, where he served for more than 25 years. Since 2006, he has worked primarily in private sector security for national property management companies, overseeing security operations for large commercial high-rises in Calgary.  Marcel holds a Diploma in Criminology from Mount Royal and a Certificate in Organized Crime and Specialized Criminal Investigation from the University of North Florida.

As Regional Manager for Alberta, Marcel will manage security teams across the province in day-to-day operations. By providing key oversight and leadership to our Alberta staff, Marcel will ensure ESM continues to deliver quality services to meet every client need, including mobile and static security, property protection, fire watch, and 24/7 emergency response. In his new role, Marcel will report to Peter Waring, Director of Western Canada for ESM.
