Sana benefits health insurance PPO plus
My employer has provided sana benefits health insurance with PPO plus plan p15 plan which cost me $1000 per month .
As per sana they works with any provider as in network . They will work with any health provider who want to work with them.
Also in my card it's mentioned plan pays non network or non contracted claims at 120% of Medicare for professional and 140% for institutions.
My wife is pregnant and I'm having hard time finding obgyn nearby zip 33178. All the provider I contacted mentioned they not recognizing or not accepting sana . I'm following up with sana on this issue.
Meanwhile Can some one help me figured out the next steps. I'm totally new with this setup and healthcare.
My wife is 12week pregnant and I want to visit ob-gynec now for routine ultrasonic and checkup.
Should I go as full pay by cash and reimbursement it later with sana.
Or how should I able to convince health care provider to charge sana , as per sana anyone can charge them .
I'm already in talk with sana but if you have any idea on these setup please help.
