Plan Recommendations for 60 and 62 year old in North Carolina

Hello there, my aunt and uncle recently asked me to help them find a better health insurance since they are at that age were going to the hospital and doctors are common, so I have been researching a bit for them. Here are the general details.

Income: $36,000

State: North Carolina Fayetteville, Cumberland County

Age: 60 year old Female, 62 Year old Male

Citizenship Status: Green Card, been a North Carolina resident for over 20 years.

Their current plan is Blue Advantage, and they pay quite a lot for their visits to the hospital, which is Cape Fear Health, with a CT scan costing about 4k after 3k is paid by the insurance.

Their main needs are a plan that is good for blood draws, CT scans, and X-rays, along with any specialized care is needed. My uncle also takes 4 medicines (Rosuvastatin Calcium, Tamsulosin, Finasteride, and Clopidogrel), which he has to pay $50 every month to access, so if that could be cheaper it would be nice.

Through my research I found Healthy Blue, which from the summary of benefits looks to be pretty good for their purpose, and I checked with the hospital and they also seem to accept it, but I am not experienced in this, so if someone can look over this for me to see if there actually is a worthwhile advantage to change to Healthy Blue, or another better insurance, it would be grealty appreciated. If more info is needed, I will try to get them.
