Which makes more sense for pregnancy?

Hi.

This is pricing from my current job.

The first 2 pages below will cost around 148 per month

The last 2 pages will cost about 380 per month

Not sure which one makes the most sense for pregnancy. Not sure what to look out for.

Trying to see if the extra per month will make sense
