Please Help?

Hi, I hope today’s been kind to you! May I please have advice? I am a 25-year-old in Nevada who is estimated to make a gross annual income of ~$33,387 a year & for the first time, I will not be on Medicaid.

I was denied for making too much at my new job I started in September 2023. Before this, I have been on Medicaid my entire life, and I was very thankful for it, since I was hospitalized countlessly in adolescence, and sometimes need IV iron transfusions, and my family could not afford it, otherwise.

I am scared to lose coverage since it is very dangerous if I stopped taking my meds cold turkey, and I do not want that to happen, but I am also afraid I would not be able to afford the monthly plans since they look like $300+ a month without the AITC

Question:

May you please inform me on, if I will have to pay back, or am eligible for the AITC?

I think I figured out that $950 is the maximum repayment amount for a single taxpayer 200% to 300% FPL, but it seems like in Nevada I may not be eligible for the AITC?

I figured out I may have ~221.69% of the 2024 Federal Poverty Line, but I was denied for Medicaid, last month when renewing.

NV Health Link Confusion:
* In the policy it states: “To be eligible for advanced premium tax credits (APTC) to reduce monthly premiums a consumer must meet the following income standards of an income between 138 percent and 400 percent of the federal poverty level without a Medicaid denial required**.”**

I am confused since I had a Medicaid denial, and I am unsure on how to calculate this income accurately, though, did my best, since I do not have a full W-2 for 2024, since I started my new job in September 2023.

Further Information:
Income: ~$1,257.31 every two weeks.

Unsure: I am guessing my estimated gross income will be around $33,387 by the end of this year (2024), or a bit less if I take time off (no PTO).

It is hard to know for certain, since sometimes, I take time off and it is unpaid as well as holidays are scheduled off & thus unpaid.

My income ($33,387) is ~221.69% of the 2024 Federal Poverty Line ($15,060).

Previously denied for Medicaid in NV, prior month, used to be on SilverSummit Medicaid NV.
