Oh the words I could say. Let’s just say using them is a nightmare. They wouldn’t help me at all initially and gave me a run around when it came scheduling a PCP. (My insurance was also no help with getting MDLive assigned as my PCP). They got the wrong number and called it and left confidential voicemails. I called multiple times to get this fixed with no resolution. I finally got it fixed with a BBB complaint.

Now, when I tried to get a PCP visit with MDLive finally being listed at the PCP, they cancelled the appointment and took away my benefit for PCP care. BCBS has spoken to them at least 3 times on a 3-way to get this fixed with no resolution. After fighting with the front line agents and them blocking an escalation request, I was able to speak to a supervisor who took a look and saw there was an error on their side and filed a ticket to have this looked into. I called in after two months with no resolution and they continue to fight me and my attempts at requesting an escalation continue to be blocked.

Do not use MDLive at all. Pay your deductible or copay and see a real PCP.
