Need Help Understanding Dental Claim

Hi all,

To preface, I admit that don't usually always understand insurance terms and coverage, so this problem could be on me lol. But recently, I've been on a journey to get invisalign and from my research it seems as though I have good dental coverage (MetLife PDP Plus/High) but when I got my claim back it said MetLife would cover ) 0$ of my treatment. I was curious to know if I'm missing something or if there is a specific reason as to why it won't be covered. The orthodontist I saw say it may be because of the treatment length. Also, any tips as to how I can get it covered if its possible?? I have provided my claim below! (It says my plan allows 0$)

Thanks!!

How we determined Orthodontic benefits:

Dentist fee: $3766.00.

Allowable expense: $3766.00

Orthodontic lifetime maximum: $1000.00

Months of treatment: 10 months

Coinsurance or schedule% : 50%

Initial payment: $0377.00

Ongoing quarterly payment of $0451.95

Of the $1000.00 lifetime Orthodontic maximum, $0000.00 has been used to date.
