NY State of health questions. Please help?

So I'm currently with Healthfirst NY and Unemployed no income. Until I recently apply for public assistance, was approved (I only needed the cash assistance because I already had medicaid via healthfirst) . Today… I got a letter stating "your health insurance coverage in Medicaid with healthfirst will end on October 31.

It states You do not qualify for health insurance through NY State of health because : State date sources show you have medicaid coverage through New York City Human Resources Administration. Individuals who have Medicaid coverage through their local department of social services or a state agency do not qualify to enroll in health insurance through NY State of Health. You do not qualify for Medicaid, Child Health Plus, the Essential Plan, the premium tax credit, or to purchase a Qualified Health Plan at full cost through NY State of Health.

The only income I will get is from cash assistance, which wouldn't be much per month. So I'm lost as why my coverage would end. How will I keep healthfirst? I doubt all my doctors I go to will accept whatever Medicaid coverage is offering through HRA. Will I have to find new doctors for annuals?

There are many insurance Empire,United,Cigna,Healthfirst, Etc… I have no clue what insurance falls under Medicaid under HRA. Does anyone knows, Is the Coverage any good? If anyone can help or understand what I'm going thru, I'd appreciate the help or any guidance.

P.S I couldn't sleep thinking about and just lost for words… may make errors here and there typing..
