On H1b visa, wife pregnant with no health insurance

Hello All,

I’m on H1b visa. I couldn’t add my wife who is on H4 visa on to my health insurance before my employer’s limit of 31 days to be eligible for qualifying life change event as I was outside US during that period. I checked in marketplace but she is not eligible to be covered there since we got married over 60 days ago. We don’t qualify for Medicad since our family income is higher than income limit. I can add her in the next enrollment period which opens in November but only gets active from 01/01/2025. I tried looking into short term plans for next four months but they don’t cover if she is already pregnant. What are our options to get health insurance for her for next four months? Medicad: Not eligible

Immediate insurance needed for: Pregnancy tests, doctor visits, dignosis tests like lab, ultra sound for next four months.
