Will need new Health Insurance, starting to freak out.

Hi, back in March I had a very serious Heart Condition and wound up in the Hospital. I ended up having a Type B Aortic Dissection operation. I ended up going through a 10 hour surgery where they put me in cryostasis to fix my condition. I'm still going through recovery now, but slowly getting there (I hope).

Which leads me to this topic. I'm currently "retired". Haven't worked since 2019 and live on my Inherited Annuity and Roth IRA QP. Before every year in Nov. I'd sign up for 12 month Health Insurance plan's. I will say thankfully I had insurance, as it cost just under $23K (my responsibility, what I owe) for it which I just started paying off. Who knows how much it would have cost without it.

Recently my Heath Insurance company called and wanted to get ahead of next year to sign me up for a new plan. Of course with my current condition, I wouldn't quality for any of their plan's. She told me to wait for Nov. and sign up for the Affordable Care Act. I'll need new Health Insurance, but now I'm starting to freak out. What are my best options here?
