They keep saying ibhave medically needy but can’t prove it?

Hi, I'm just hoping someone can give me some advice.i use to have full coverage with sunshine health but the day I got scheduled for my surgery they told me I no longer had insurance and only family planning was showing on my portal.

I called dcf to ask them if I could get on medically needy like my husband but they told me I can't apply for it cause I already have it, they claim I have both family planning and medically needy. The letter they sent for proof was from last year before I got put on sunshine health and the hospital denied it and said they can't use it cause I had different coverage since then.

I been calling dcf for a couple months and they say I won't be able to see my share of cost even though I can see my husband's? So I sent them a er bill that is past my share of cost but both bills was denied for payment and approval? I no longer know what to do to prove I have it, I have done everything they said but nothing is working and the hospital can't prove it either. I'm starting to think I don't actually have it and just have the family planning ? But every caseworker and supervisor tells me otherwise but will only send papers from last year.
