Multiplan won’t let me cancel

I need help… I wasn't thinking critically and signed up for Multiplan (a broker over the phone convinced me it was insurance covering vision, dental, and most importantly, hearing. I have significant bilateral hearing loss and wanted a plan that actually covered my audiology visits. They signed me up for an "individual limited indemnity insurance".

I've heard a lot of sketchy things after signing up with this company, so I tried calling later that day to cancel and they told me they'd send me an email confirming my cancellation. The next day (today) still nothing, so I call again and say the same thing. This woman is trying everything to ask me why I want to cancel and talk me out of it, but I sternly say I want to cancel and she says the same thing the person I talked to yesterday stated: "You'll get an email once cancellation has been confirmed. If you are eligible for a refund, that email will come as well." Still nothing. I haven't used this plan at all, and it hasn't even been 24 hours of having this and I want NO PART OF IT.

What should I do? Should I keep calling and stay on the line until the emails have been received? The authorization PDF I signed says I have to let "First Enroll" know in writing that I'd like to terminate my plan so I've done that as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I should've just stuck with Marketplace plans…
