Help finding a cheaper plan for my needs

I’m laying here awake at 5 am trying to figure out how to cut monthly cost and my 2nd largest cost a month is health insurance for my wife and I.

My wife takes quite a few class 2 and 3 meds that without insurance are insanely expensive. Right now the policy we have cost us a little over 600$ a month. She visits a psychiatrist 3 times a year maybe.

Other than the medications and 3 visits to the psychiatrist we don’t go to the doctor. I haven’t been to a doctor except for 1 physical in over 5 years. We are in our late 20s and healthy.

There have to be better options for people in our situation? Are there any good drug only plans available that could meet her needs for some of these high class drugs without paying for all the extras of a “premium insurance?”

I do use marketplace to get my plans for a slight discount. I make 98k a year, and live in NC so the savings are not huge but they help.

Maybe I’m screwed and have to keep paying this crazy amount idk? We looked into good Rx premium but of course some of these drugs are not apart of it.
