Insurance broker CAC Group has rebranded, combining its three business units under a single brand identity in celebration of its fifth anniversary.

The unified branding consolidates CAC Specialty, which provides tailored solutions for a variety of specialty risks; CAC Agency, the new name for the 135-year legacy of property & casualty, personal lines, and employee benefits broker Cobbs Allen; and CAC Capital, which specializes in private finance and structured solutions.

CAC Group chief executive Mike Rice highlighted: “CAC Group was created to serve clients in a better and smarter way. We are investing in select industries, products, and segments where our team’s expertise will create optimal results for our clients.

Chief marketing officer Douglas Turk, meanwhile, described the new brand as a representation of the group’s core values and the pillars on which the business was founded.

“Our brand communicates the characteristics of who we are, what we say, and how we say it,” he asserted. “But most importantly it demonstrates our commitment to our clients and the results that our team delivers each day.”

According to CAC Group, which reported nearly 40% organic growth in 2023, qualities that define its model and brand identity are “dedicated, intelligent, creative, nimble, and trustworthy.”

Earlier this year, CAC Specialty appointed Rob Livingston as executive vice president.

“I am honored to join CAC Specialty and contribute to the company’s ongoing success,” Livingston said at the time. “CAC Specialty’s commitment to excellence and innovation aligns with my own values, and I am eager to collaborate with the talented team, driving positive outcomes for our clients.”
