Advice needed: Any American parents have experience with insurance coverage dropping mid-pregnancy?

Any American parents have experience with insurance coverage dropping mid-pregnancy? I'm currently 7 months pregnant and at my appointment this morning I learned that my insurance provider (UHC) is in contract renewal disputes with my OB practice…I had to sign a Continuation of Care document, as my insurance provider won't be accepted with the practice until if/when the dispute is resolved. I don't *think* there is a dispute with my hospital (need to double check today) and it's my understanding that under Continuation of Care my insurance provider is legally required to cover care until 30 days post-delivery, but I'm curious if this means I'll either have to 1) pay out of pocket to continue to see my OB until my 6-week / 8-week post-partum appointments (since both fall outside the 30 day window), 2) find a new OB to cover these appointments, or 3) find a new insurance provider that is accepted at my practice during open enrollment in November (which I'd hate to do since I've been so happy for the last 5 years up until now with my coverage with this insurance provider…) Any insight much appreciated! In case it helps, provider is United Healthcare (UHC) and we get it through my employer (I work full-time).
