Potentially moving from NY to GA and I’m confused about health insurance

I'm planning on quitting my job and moving from New York to my sister, who lives in Georgia. Right now I have United Healthcare Community Plan. It's been very good, but I'm afraid of what type of insurance I can get in GA. Anytime i look on healthcare.gov or peachstate, it tells me I wouldn't be able to get Medicaid..and then quotes me for $400 per month plans with nearly a $6k deductible.

I feel like I have to be doing something wrong. Currently, I'm only making $27,000 a year in NY and I'm 32 years old. Im not really sure what happens when i dont have a job in Georgia for a bit, but i will still need health insurance. Sorry if this is all over the place, I'm just super overwhelmed in general. Applying for health insurance in NY was very straight forward and reassuring, but i dont think id be able to afford it in GA.

Could someone please tell me the steps i need to take in order to get health insurance in georgia if i dont have a job and moved from New York?
