Multiplan PPO/Memberbenefits.com/centralhealthadvisors.com

Hello, i created a quote for an affordable health insurance. The agents started to call me. i was not answering. but today i answered and the guy started to convince me to buy a health plan called multiplan ppo which has a 0 deductible l. i gave him my ssn and credit card and he processed the payment for enrollment and the first month. Then I received the confirmation email with a health plan which did not seem reliable. It's written that the agent is from centralhealthadvisors.com. There was an information about my account account at mymemberbenefits.com where the payment was processed. i decided to cancel that and called the phone number for mymemberbenefits.com. i said i need to cancel that account insurance immediately. They sent me a cancellation email where it was written that an agent will contact me within 3-4 business days. i also asked them to connect me with the agent but no one was responding. Was this a fraud? is mybenefits.com a fraud ? Can they use my information to make payments? What should I do ? If I ask my bank to dispute the transaction can they find whether it is a fraud and get the money back?
