My partner and I (53, MI, not sure about monthly $ in retirement) are looking at retirement options. I'm a type 1 diabetic, so healthcare is what you'd call an "up front" concern. With that in mind, we've been seriously considering retiring out of the country, since attaining citizenship elsewhere will mean that we can become part of the national healthcare system that should be present in the US. However, if we did decide to remain in the States, I'd like to get an idea of what insurance costs might be without having to surrender my phone number to incessant calls and texts from agents trying to sell me on plans of one kind or another.

Is there a website out there that will provide quotes based on my age, location, and habits (e.g. I don't smoke) but not end up being a front for a sales pitch for every insurance broker in the state? I tried both state-run and federal sites (Healthcare.gov) but they both wanted me to agree to robocalls, which I'm not really interested in right now. I just want info; not a sales pitch. Thanks for any help.
