do you guys think my insurance would cover a hair transplant procedure? how should I propose this to my insurance company? (pls read description for all details)

I think I have a shot at getting my insurance company to cover this procedure but I wanted other opinions. I will start by saying I had to have several surgeries when I was young to remove a potentially cancerous birth mark. when I was young doctors initially told my parents that if it wasn’t removed I likely wouldn’t live past the age of 7 so as a result I got several surgeries to remove it. I have scars left on my forehead, I lost majority of both of my brows (with scars in the areas where the hair should be), and the place where my left eyebrow should be is completely paralyzed. Now that I am older I wanted to get an eyebrow transplant to get my brows looking like how they did before any surgeries. the only problem is that the companies that provide this treatment don’t take insurance. they suggested seeing if my insurance company could reimburse me the money but I wanted to get other opinions on how I should even suggest this to my insurance company and if anyone thinks I have a good shot at it.

my insurance company reconstructive surgery policies: “The procedure is intended primarily to improve/restore bodily function or to correct significant deformity resulting from accidental injury, trauma, or previous therapeutic process”

i think I fit the criteria of correcting a deformity resulting from (surgical) trauma

also I want to note that they listed things that would not be covered and only one of the things listed stood out. When Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery is not covered: “Hairplasty for any form of alopecia not related to a deformity resulting from accidental injury, trauma, or previous therapeutic process”

I think I am still good but I could still really use some advice. idk how to propose this/argue my case in the best way
