What are the drawbacks on this $0 deductible/$406 premium Florida Blue plan?

So I just posted a couple hours ago and my post was removed, but without any indication as to why… I was wondering if this plan was too good to be true, but maybe that came off as a sideways advertisement for the plan? Anywho, that’s not what it was and I’m really hoping to get some help, because without an alternative plan, I’ll have to pass up an otherwise great job offer that has terribly expensive healthcare options. I’ll try and ask the same thing here but maybe with more specifics – and if I break some rule again, I’d appreciate it if someone could tell me what I’m doing wrong. Thank you!

Anyway, to cover myself, my wife, and our child, each of the plans offered by this potential employer will cost us over $1000/month, which we can’t afford at the moment. I searched online and was directed to this Florida Blue plan with a monthly premium of $406.02: http://www.bcbsfl.com/DocumentLibrary/SBC/2022/2237B.pdf

For it to be that much cheaper than my employer’s options, and also have a $0 deductible, I feel like I’m missing some major drawback. Could someone help direct me to what that drawback is? Is it just that out-of-network providers aren’t covered at all?

Finally, I get all these different costs from the employer based on whether it’s just me or my whole family… when it comes to a plan like this one, how do I know what the family cost will be? Would that be the $406.02 premium I found, or does each family member owe that separately, or what?

Any help would be much appreciated! And if I break another rule and get this deleted, please let me know what I did wrong mods, and I’ll correct it – just hoping I can get some guidance!

EDIT: Just saw the bot’s comment so here’s some more info. I’m 29 years old, also want to cover my wife and newborn baby, zipcode is 32223, and income if I accept this job offer will be $35k/year, though I’m in talks to try and bump it up a few thousand.

EDIT-2: Thanks to the comments I realize I’m not eligible for that plan, since my employer will offer healthcare. But since my wife doesn’t have employer healthcare, seems like she might be eligible for a significant discount. So would it work for me to just get my employer’s plan and her and the baby to get something like this Ambetter Balanced Care 31 plan?
