Seeking healthcare plan advice for new FEMA job with 100% travel

I recently accepted a job offer with FEMA as a Historic Preservation Specialist, IC-0301-11, Step 01. It's a Stafford Act Excepted Service CORE Term appointment, not to exceed 2 years. My duty station is my home in Ojai, California, but the job is full-time and requires 100% travel.

A bit about me: I'm single with no children, I just graduated, and I'm in good health. My only regular medical need is a check-in with my general practitioner every three months for a prescription for Adderall. Currently, I don't pay anything for healthcare, but with this new job, I'll be making too much to keep my MediCal coverage.

I'm starting to look into healthcare plans and could really use some advice on what plan might be best for my situation. Given that I'll be traveling constantly and have specific prescription needs, what plans or providers should I be considering? Any tips or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated!
