Partners& joins forces with Switch Health

Partners& has joined forces with Switch Health in a move to take expected growth in the individual private medical insurance market (PMI) and to improve its proposition for private clients.

Based in Cheltenham, insurance broker Switch Health was launched in 2013 in the PMI space. The company has grown to a team of 15.

Health & Protection reported in April that insurance broker Partners& had created three new senior leadership roles as it geared up for the next stage of its growth plan.

Phil Barton, Group CEO of Partners&, said: “We recognise that increasingly clients are looking for the right advice in terms of their health care options, and we are positioning ourselves to be the adviser they feel confident to turn to.

“Healthcare is at the front of people’s minds today, and the expertise and track record for exceptional service provided by Jack and the team at Switch Health is directly in line with our commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.

“I’m thrilled with this exciting and very timely addition to our client proposition.”

Jack Chander, CEO of Switch Health, said: “Our decision to join forces with Partners& stems from their unwavering commitment to customer service excellence—a value that is of utmost importance to Switch Health.

“Partners &’s commitment to investing in Switch Health was a critical factor in our decision.

“We believe that with their support and resources, Switch Health will be able to continue our growth journey.

“This deal marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Switch Health.

“Together with Partners &, we look forward to enhancing our services, expanding our reach, and continuing to provide unparalleled service to clients.”
