Emergency room or straight to specialist? kind of urgent thanks

Hi everyone,

I've had pain on my lower leg for about 6 months now, and I don't know what to do. My school's clinic performed an X-ray and found nothing wrong, but that was in early May and my leg still hurts. I suspect that I have a stress fracture. Should I go to the emergency room to get an MRI done or go straight to an orthopedist or something? I've tried to schedule an appointment with a PCP, but that hasn't really worked out. They only have appointments weeks in advance and my current plan only covers me until August 14. I should mention that I get coverage through my school (United Healthcare Student Resources) which is a PPO I think. How much do you guys think I would have to pay out of pocket if I go to the emergency room vs. specialist? I've attached pictures of my plan. I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to these things. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
